
We are not able to support the use of Admin accounts that use two-factor or multifactor authentication. To migrate "Shared with Me" items, they must be added to "My Drive". Only items in "My Drive" will be migrated. Items and folders in "Shared with Me" will not be migrated. We do not have “live” monitoring of changes (as with a sync agent) and we cannot handle scenarios such as conflict resolution without user interaction.

If changes are made at the source after migration, they will not sync to the destination, nor will changes made at the destination sync to the source.

Click the drop-down box corresponding with the person you’re transferring ownership to and then select “Make Owner” from the list provided.īefore the file’s ownership is transferred, Google Drive will prompt you with one last chance to change your mind.

You will now see a list of accounts the document is shared with (including your own email address). If this happens, right-click on the file again and choose the “Share” option. The Share window might close after the document has been shared. When you’re done, click the “Send” button. Once a valid email address is added, the window will transform to allow you to change the recipient’s permission level (Editor, Commenter, or Viewer), notify the person that the file was shared with them, and the option to include a message.
